PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME

Some all of our items are ready to ship, although others are specially made by order. Every order is processed and handcrafted with love, so it could take time to ship them :

  • "IN STOCK" items 1-5 days

  • "MADE TO ORDER" products 7-10 days

  • "CUSTOM" orders 14 - 28 days

     

"In stock" items include:  classic buckles collars, leashes
"Made to order" products include: spikes collars, patterned collars, wide collars, duo block collars.
"Custom" includes our designed and illustrated collar or any other customized order. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship worldwide via post.lt (Lithuania postal service) or Omniva (only for LT/LV/EE). 
Our shipping includes tracking information but not insurance. If you want faster shipping and need a quote for a different mail carrier, such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL, please get in touch with us, and we can provide an updated shipping quote for you.

Lithuania - 1-3 business days
Europe: 5-14 business days
North America: 1-3 weeks
South America and the Caribbean: 1-3 weeks
Australia, New Zealand, and Oceania: 2-4 weeks
Asia Pacific: 2-4 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East: 2-3 weeks

 

If a parcel is not picked up within 14 days, it will be returned to us.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

Please be aware that you are liable for any duties or customs fees that may be incurred. Hound Squad cannot estimate or pay duty fees because the destination country charges them. Shipping charges and expenses cannot be repaid if delivery is denied and/or duties are not paid (customer pays for all expenses to return the order to Hound Squad). Most overseas delays are due to customs holding the delivery, so contact your local post office with your customs form.

DELIVERY

If you're worried about your order not arriving, check the tracking information sent to you and double-check that the address you provided is correct. 
If your item does not arrive within the expected shipment period listed below, don't hesitate to get in touch with us and provide your tracking number to your local post office. 
If the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but was stolen or went missing for any reason, Hound Squad is not liable for your package. Still, we do have some recommendations that we think will be helpful:

  • Check with other members of your household and your neighbors to check whether they have received your package.

  • To be sure it's being held for you, check with your apartment management office or doorman.

  • In the majority of cases, the package will be found. If you believe your parcel has been stolen, please file a "theft report" with the Postal Inspector, who will ask you to sign an affidavit about the missing or stolen package.

  • If a package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email.
