RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Some all of our items are ready to ship, although others are specially made by order. Every order is processed and handcrafted with love. If you would like to return or exchange an item, contact us by email at info@houndsquadshop.com

We do not offer returns or exchanges :

  • On sale items 

  • Custom-made orders, such as personal designed and illustrated collars.

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear.​

Shipping item back

  • Please do not ship any things to us until you have received an acknowledgment from us.

  • For any reason, we do not cover shipping charges on returns or exchanges (unless we delivered you the wrong or damaged item; in that case, please let us know.)

  • Any things that are returned to us must be brand new. Items that have been broken in, are scratched, unclean, or damaged when returned will be offered to be mailed back at the buyer's expense, and no refund or exchange will be given. This policy does not allow for any exceptions.

  • We advise to send a parcel via trackable service and provide us with a legitimate tracking number.

  • Please wait 7-10 business days for your exchange request to be processed and a replacement item to be manufactured when we receive your item. When a shipping label is generated, you will receive tracking information through email.

For international customers : 

Please write "return" or mark it as a gift on the package's exterior to guarantee that it gets through any customs offices without holding. Excluding this information may cause a delay in your return and you will need to pay customs fees, or the parcel will be returned to your address.
