Measure your dog's neck for a collar using one of the steps outlined below :

• Using a plastic measuring tape, measure the circumference of his neck at the base of the neck. 

• Instead of using a fabric measuring tape, use a piece of string to measure with a ruler. Lay the string flat on a table and measure it with a ruler to get the measurements.

• Lay the collar flat and measure where the material folds at the buckle post to the hole through which your pet wears the collar (do not measure from the buckle's end).​
